RETURNS

Conanti does everything to make your order to your satisfaction. If you want to return your purchase, please arrange within 30 days. This period starts as soon as the package is received by or on behalf of you. The customer bears the risk for the return. We therefore recommend to send the package by registered mail and keep the shipping receipt so you can claim any loss from your carrier.

REFUNDS

Conanti guarantees that you will get back the money for all returned items within 30 days, provided that the items are returned in good condition.
This means that the articles are not damaged, dirty, altered or modified and all labels or tags are still on / in the article.

CHANGES

If you wish to make any changes to your order contact us as soon as possible and provided we haven’t dispatched the order, we’ll work with you to make any requested changes.
