How can I place an order?
When you select an item, add it to your Bag. When you are done shopping, you can click on your account on top right of the screen to see your order summary. Here is a list of all items that are in your cart at this time. You can change the content and the number of articles and even then update your cart to see the new content. If you are satisfied with the content of your cart, please continue to the check-out page. At the check-out page you can fill in your shipping and billing information, use any coupon code, select the desired payment method and submut your order.

On all articles and products of Conanti our General Terms & Conditions are valid.

Is an article put on reservation once I put it in my cart?
No, placing items in your shopping cart means no reservation of items. Only when your order is completed, you are assured of the articles.

How do I know if my order was successful and when can I expect it to be delivered?
Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email. Here you will find an overview of your order and the period within which it will be sent. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code to track the status of your package.

Conanti.com optimized for various Internet browsers. Please note that the color of the displayed items may be affected by your display settings.

Shipping
We strive to ship out your package within 3 to 5 working days after your order has been confirmed. We deliver on all addresses in the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands within the EU. If you have received a wrong article, or if you have a complaint about an article and would like to have your money back? Please always return the articles attended to our customer service or ask your question through our contact form.

Deliver date
The expected delivery date of your order is listed after checkout by a track & trace code that will be sent by mail. You can still change your order before it is sent by sending an email to sales@conanti.com.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated when adding your zipcode and country.

Packages which can not be delivered
If a package can not be delivered, you will always receive a message. If a package is not picked up at a collection point or delivered conanti is entitled to charge the shipping cost of the return shipment to conanti.
